By downloading, installing, or using any Tabnesta application ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Tabnesta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal or commercial purposes.
For paid Apps:
- A valid license key grants you the right to use the App on up to 3 devices
- License keys are for individual use and may not be shared publicly
- Your license is perpetual (lifetime) with no recurring fees
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense license keys
- Use the Apps for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass license validation
4. Intellectual Property
All Apps, including their code, design, graphics, and documentation, are owned by Tabnesta and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features at our discretion. Paid licenses include lifetime access to updates for the purchased App.
6. Support
We provide email support for our Apps at support@tabnesta.com. While we strive to respond promptly, support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabnesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
